Dr. Wilfred Wong

Founder and Senior Counsellor

黃永耀博士

中心創辦人, 資深心理輔導員

Dr. Wong is the founder and executive director of Nathan Road Counselling Service (NRCS) and Hong Kong Psychological Counselling Center (HKPCC). HKPCC has been servicing Hong Kong people for more than 15 years.  He is also an experienced psychological counsellor. Through offering counselling services, Dr. Wong intends to become the client's company and help him/her to understand himself/herself and his/her surroundings better. In the course of counselling, Dr. Wong will explore with the client resources available to him/her both internally and externally and let him/her see that there are different alternatives. The ultimate aim is to help the client to become free and be able to enjoy life.
 
Dr. Wong's various professional qualifications include Honorary Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology, California, U.S., Master's degree in Counselling from the University of South Australia, Certificate in Child-centred Play Therapy, Certificate in Play Therapy for Pre-school Children, Certificate in Fast and Intensive Treatment of Depression, Certificate in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Certificate in Marriage and Intimate Relationship Counselling and Certificate in Bowen Family Systems Therapy, etc.
 
Dr. Wong is specialized in treating all kinds of anxiety disorder, such as panic attack, phobia, general anxiety disorder, obsessive and compulsive disorder, social phobia, health anxiety / hypochondria, adjustment disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, etc. Dr. Wong is also skillful in dealing with relationship and marital issues.

黃博士是彌敦道輔導服務(Nathan Road Counselling Service, NRCS) 及香港心理輔導中心(Hong Kong Psychological Counselling Center, HKPCC)的創辦人兼行政總監，他也是本中心的資深心理輔導員，黃博士本著同行者的服務精神，希望可以透過專業的輔導服務，與受助者同行，幫助受助者更清楚認識自己和周遭的人和事，從而發掘更多的內在和外在資源和可行的出路，釋放自己，最終能更享受生命。
 
黃博士擁有多項專業資格，包括美國加州輔導心理學博士、南澳洲大學輔導碩士學位、兒童遊戲輔導證書、學前兒童遊戲證書、抑鬱症快速深入治療輔導證書、認知行為治療證書、婚姻及親密關係輔導證書、Bowen家庭系統治療證書等。
 
黃博士具有多項專業訓練, 善於在輔導中按受輔者需要而快速給予方案和出路，結合多年來所累積的豐富經驗;專長處理不同的個人情緒病、抑鬱症、各種焦慮症、婚前輔導、戀愛、各種婚姻問題及困擾、以及家庭治療等等。
 
黃博士特別專長於各樣焦慮病患，如驚恐症(panic attack)、恐懼症(phobia)、廣泛焦慮症(general anxiety disorder)、強迫症(obsessive and compulsive disorder)、社交恐懼症(social phobia)、疑病症(health anxiety / hypochondria)、適度障礙(adjustment disorder)、創傷後壓力症等個案(post-traumatic stress disorder)等，能快速地協助受助者理解及解決問題​。

Ms Ivy Fung

馮艷芬女士

資深心理輔導員 / 資深藝術治療師

Ivy is a UK State Registered Art Therapist. Ivy obtained her postgraduate diploma in Art Therapy at the University of Hertfordshire in 1999. Since then, she has ample experience in working with hospitals and rehabilitation settings, with diverse clientele, including people with mental health problems and their families, drug abusers, cancer survivors and others. Ivy was the Vice President of the Hong Kong Association of Art Therapists (2002-2008), endeavoring to promote Art Therapy and Art Facilitation in the region. Ivy has also collaborated with a local university in an innovative research project of virtual image therapy, which was awarded a gold medal at the International Exhibition of Inventions, New Techniques and Products (2007) in Geneva.
 
Ivy has now focused more on working with those who suffered from mental health problems and emotional distress; She aims at supporting people to work through their difficulties and re-discover themselves by retrieving innate creativity and thus achieving a life of integrity.

馮艷芬女士具有十多年臨床心理治療經驗，專長協助處理各項情緒病，如抑鬱症、焦慮症、創傷後壓力、哀傷輔導等；馮女士也擅長協助兒童及青少年，處理各類心理發展和情緒行為問題，如自閉症、逃避上學、反叛對抗行為、社交問題、以及親子關係等。

馮女士過往在香港各大學校、醫院和復康機構主持各類型的心理治療小組，例如特殊教育需要的學生小組、自閉症患者小組、讀寫障礙學生小組、家長小組、癌症患者小組、精神病患者小組和腦退化症患者小組等，擅長揉合藝術創作於小組互動當中，令治療效果事半功倍。馮女士亦有為各大公共和私人機構提供專業培訓及危機處理服務，經驗非常豐富。

馮女士的治療取向以「心理動力學 (Psychodynamics)」作為基礎，結合視覺藝術創作為媒介，特別適合用於青少年和成人，引領受助者更容易表達及發現內心的感受，反思當下的處境，一同建立有意義的選擇和出路，並仔細地計劃方向，在過程中重獲生命的力量。

Miss Hannah Chang is a Senior Psychological Counselor, Doctor of Psychology (PsyD ) Candidate in Clinical Psychology in California Southern University (USA) , Master of Art in Professional Counseling in Olivet Nazarene University (USA), Master of Pastoral Counseling in Hong Kong Baptist Theological Seminary. Associate Fellow of Hong Kong Professional Counseling Association, Individual member of British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, Professional member of America Counselling Association, Full member of Asian Professional Counseling and Psychology Association and Full member of Asian Academy of Family Therapy. She was the Chief Executive Officer in one of the Charity Fund in Hong Kong. With years of experience in both counseling and clinical counseling, allowing her to have the spirit of love and respect of life monitors a number of large-scale events in Hong Kong. Those events encourage the spirit of loving your neighbor and caring the less fortunate communities.
 
She received a huge number of professional trainings, composed of wide variety of theories in counseling with years of experience of personal, marital and family counseling, clinical experience and expertise to deal with emotion, depression, a variety of anxiety disorders, premarital counseling, love, marriage and family therapy. 
 
She also was a Founder, Instructor and Professional Counselor of a renowned counseling hotline center in Hong Kong. The organization has already handled over one hundred thousand cases throughout the world under her supervision and instruction. She is also an expert in blending the counseling information with several different types of media creation and productions. The movies which are written or produced including: Find Your Voice; The Little big Master; Team of Miracle: We Will Rock You; The Room; Fearless; Love is…etc. Moreover, Hannah is also actively involved the production of TV programs and interview of magazines and newspapers. At the same time, she is an experienced host of many programs in Creation TV over ten years (Cable TV 15, Now TV 545).

張佩瓊小姐是資深心理輔導員，美國加州南部大學California Southern University臨床心理學博士研究生 (PsyD, Candidate in Clinical Psychology), 美國Olivet Nazarene University專業輔導碩士, 香港浸信會神學院教牧輔導碩士, 香港專業輔導協會副院士, 英國輔導及心理治療協會會員, 美國輔導學會專業會員, 亞洲專業輔導及心理協會會員, 以及亞洲家庭治療學院會員。曾任香港某慈善基金總幹事, 透過多年輔導訓練及臨床經驗, 結合熱愛生命、尊重生命的精神, 在香港推動多個大型活動, 鼓勵愛鄰舍及關懷弱勢社羣。
 
張小姐同時具有多項專業訓練, 善於在輔導中揉合不同理論，結合多年來的個人、婚姻及家庭輔導, 累積了豐富資深的臨床經驗；專長處理不同的個人情緒病、抑鬱症、各種焦慮症、婚前輔導、戀愛、各種婚姻問題及困擾、以及家庭治療等等。 
 
張小姐曾有十多年時間, 是香港一知名輔導熱線中心的創辦人及主管、專業輔導顧問, 曾帶領及培訓團隊處理了超過十萬個來自世界不同地方的求助個案。張小姐亦善於將輔導訊息揉合在不同的媒體創作及製作中,曾編寫的電影劇本或監製的作品包括「熱血合唱團」、「五個小孩的校長」、「流浪漢世界盃」、「隱形鬥室」、「恐懼森林」、「真的戀愛了？」等等。另外, 也參與不同電視節目製作、雜誌、報章的專題及專訪等。更連續十年以上於創世電視(有線電視15台, Now TV 545台)主持電視節目, 是資深的電視節目主持。
